Director of Business Operations
The Design Milagros Team is under the direct supervision of Mike. With his strong understanding of accounting principals, a keen eye for details, and over 20 years of extensive experience in business management and accounting, he is able to create, direct and over see systems that allow us to function at peak efficiency. Mike is dedicated to meeting client goals and exceeding client expectations. Originally from the Mid-West, he attended Indiana university. The Bay area has been his home for the past 16 years. Mike is our stability and makes the wheel spin smoothly.
Janelle was born and raised in the Bay area and graduated from SFSU with a degree in Political Science. She has become an integral part of the Design Milagros Team and we love her hands on approach to embracing the unique circumstance of each home. Janelle puts to use her 16 plus years of incredible customer service and retail management to create detailed, well defined and precise proposals; exactly what you need to make your final decisions for the staging and cosmetic prep work to get your home in the best market condition, and secure top dollar for your home. Janelle is an integral part of the Design Milagros Team, and clients love her easy, quiet way.
Stephanie brings to Design Milagros a passion for the real estate industry and a solid marketing degree from USF. Growing up in the Bay Area, she has been surrounded by our ever-changing markets and understands the direct link of staging/cosmetic enhancements vs sales price. Stephanie’s eye for detail and thoughtful consideration give her the ability to put together well-defined proposals that get homes sold in today’s current market conditions. When Stephanie is not creating proposals, she can be found utilizing her Class Pass, traveling, or attending music festivals.
Director of Residential Staging
A fine artist by profession, Hannah brings a unique artistic perspective to the Design Milagros Staging Team. Her strong background enables her to oversee all the marketing presentations for the DM projects. Hannah approaches projects through a curatorial lens, selecting the perfect furniture, artwork and accents to accentuate each homes distinct character. She works closely with each person on the staging team to insure the perfection and quality each home deserves. Behind the scenes, she oversees merchandise ordering to insure we have the exact pieces we need to create the fabulous designs. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in drawing from the Cleveland Institute of Art located in her hometown. We love having this most talented designer with Design Milagros.
Roxy takes an open-minded approach in developing a plan suited to each individual project, recognizing that every home has a story and unique personality. She is passionate about the presentation of her properties. Her signature abilities: to meticulously accessorize, curate the perfect color scheme, and mix timeless pieces with modern elements. The result is the creation of one of a kind homes. She came to San Francisco from the Imperial Valley 12 years ago to study at CCSF. There she earned her Associates Degree in Interior Design & Photography, and developed an eye for color, composition, and creating beautiful imagery -- and applies these same techniques when designing a harmonious and creative home. Design Milagros welcomes Roxy and recognizes her edgy, artistic visions.
Patrick comes to the Design Milagros Team from the South Bay. No stranger to challenges, he welcomes the uniqueness found in San Francisco homes. One of Patrick’s biggest strengths is his love for art history, which lead him to San Francisco and the Art Institute. Implementing what he learned Patrick is able to find a modern approach that allows his design to not only reveal personality traits, but also serve as a medium through which a story can be told.
In Patrick’s spare time he can be found in the garage tinkering with his power tools or spending time with his four dogs, 3 Yorkie/Shih Tzu mixes and Corgi terrier mix.
Erin is a native of California, and a welcome member to the team. Her solid background in residential and commercial remodel, design flair, visual merchandising and project management makes Erin a great asset to the Design Milagros Team. Resourcing, clear communication with vendors and clients, skillful negotiating add up to award winning projects in an amazing turn a round time. Personally, she is involved in the environmental restoration group: CSERC. We love her.
Autumn is a native of San Francisco, bringing over 20 plus years in business management her passion in transforming homes and desire to complete each home to perfection is what makes her an amazing Project Manager. Before joining our team, she partnered with a real estate investment company and it is with this wealth of knowledge we welcome her to the Design Milagros team. Spending time with her family, eating out, or nuzzled up with a book is where Autumn can be found in her free time.
Kambria is an East Bay native who is passionate about all things Design. She has solid experience in Residential Home Staging, Customer Service and Management. Kambria sets the pace for the transformation of each property; carefully constructs the project timeline; schedules the contractors, and insures the property transformation is perfect for the Staging Team to work their magic. With select classes in Marketing at San Francisco State University, great project synchronization, and a fine eye for detail, we all agree this makes her a fabulous addition to our Design Milagros Team. In her spare time Kambria loves traveling the world!
A native born San Franciscan, Benita comes to us with her plant loving nature as well as being educated at CCSF and Cal Poly SLO for all things green. She majored in landscape horticulture with minors in interior plant-scaping, plant identity, Calif native plants, landscape design & construction. Her background in retail floristry gives her that special touch to create our beautiful centerpieces. With over 15 years in the field, Benita is our in house plant guru, she visits all of our projects weekly to maintain and care for the plants and trees used in our staging presentations. She monitors our designers to assure that plants are in good locations for light; and keeps all our greenery and foliage happy and green for all of our clients.
Sierra dela Siete was found as a stray by Benita's (at the time) coworkers and was adopted by her in October of 2009. At the time, she was likely 5-6 months old. Sierra is very likely a mix of Chihuahua and beagle. If you heard her bark you'd recognize the beagle!
She can often be found with the wind in her face as Benita drives her around town. Sierra won a photo contest in 2011 for the Trust for Public Land, promoting Parks For Pups. We love Sierra!!
